The Five Rites is an exercise program from the Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth that affect the body, emotions, and the mind. It is said by Tibetans that this exercise program activates and stimulates the seven chakras that are responsible for stimulating the glands of the endocrine system. This system is responsible for the functioning and the aging process. All organs are said to be affected by this exercise process also.

Chakras are known to govern the endocrine system, according to the Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth. The endocrine system is responsible for the aging process. The seven major chakras in the body are the spine, the navel, solar plexas, heart, throat, forehead, and the crown of your head. All of these chakras are linked together and the speed of these chakras promotes vibrancy and health. The Five Rites exercise program is said to speed up the chakras, putting them in complete harmony, distributing energy to the endocrine system.

According to the Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth, you should do each exercise three times during the week. This is only if you are in fit condition and considered to be healthy. If you are overweight and inactive, then you should do one of the first three exercises each day. You will need to perform other exercises until you are ready to begin the Five Rites program.

You should never do any exercise more than 21 times. The only way that you should enhance your program is by speeding up the pace, but not increasing the amount of exercises. This is because if you do more than 21 exercises in a day then you can negatively affect your chakras and create a serious imbalance in your body.
